I want to thank the residents of Ward 9 for your ongoing support and for re-electing me on Monday to serve as your Councillor.

You made it overwhelmingly clear that you want a Councillor who has the experience, the dedication and the leadership to take our community and our city in to the future. You know that I will continue to give you strongest representation possible at both the city and region.

I also want to thank my campaign team. Your support, dedication and hard work helped make this win possible. Also many thanks to my husband, Ron, my children Andrew, Jenny and Katy, daughter-in-law Kelly and my grandsons, Dylan and Morgan for your support and hard work. Having my family behind me makes a huge difference.

This election clearly showed that the citizens of Mississauga want leaders who care about their community and who will fight to keep it strong and healthy. I look forward to the coming term of office and of getting back to work as a team to implement all of the wonderful plans and visions that you contributed to and
that Council has approved.

I am truly appreciative of the support you have given me and I promise to continue to be worthy of it.
